This local letter from Buff-Bay to Spanish Town is concerned with ' the preparations of the
specification for the new vestry room', leaving on April 13•h J860 and arriving the following day.
Although at this date it was usual to use a GB adhesive, it is marked with a ' Jamaica Paid'
handstamp with a manuscript ' Pd 4d. ' and 'On Her Majesty's Service'.
