One more example of the new double-ring mark, this time from Orange Bay, an office that only
opened in 1899, with the new 'Too Late' handstamp.
This envelope left Orange Bay March 30th 1900 and has 4 backstamps - Kingston March 3 151,
Montego Bay March 31 li\ Kingston April 5th and Orange Bay April 6th. I don't understand the
manuscript both Retreat and Orange Bay as they are many miles apart.
