LiJliput was another small office and so overshadowed by Balaclava nearby that it closed in 1874.
Displayed are two part-fronts to Messrs. Barclay and McDowell in Kingston 73 miles away. The
one posted on June 21st 1859 is backstampcd Kingston on the 25th, the other posted on September
2nd arrived the following day.
A49 is probably the clearest imprint of all the offices unlike some where smudging is almost
always present.
