Grange Hill was a very small place in Westmoreland and its post office had little business.
This cover, one of many to be addressed to Messrs. Barclay and McDowell, had the correct postal
rate, this office being 130 miles from Kingston. It left Grange Hill on May 5th 1859 - note the
inverted May 5th - and arrived in Kingston on the 71h.
