Goshen was an estate in St. Elizabeth's parish in County Cornwall and its post office was in
charge of the Muschett family from 1845 for the next 20 years. In J845 this office had an annual
tum-over ofabout £200 but it became decreasingly important and was later moved to Santa Cruz.
This cover with the correct postal rate, left Goshen on January 25th 1860 and is backstamped
Kingston the following day, with both London and Liverpool marks for February 17th.
