Dutiable articles may be sent by letter and small packet post—up to SI00 green
label required; thereafter top green label and form C2/CP3.
Insurance: Limit $800.
Prohibitions: Absinthe; celluloid and inflammable films; butane gas lighters
and refills; radio-active matter, waste from manufacture of aniline dyes containing
arsenic, munitions.

Restrictions: Bees and honeycombs, dried milk products; scrums and vaccines;
narcotics.
Parcel Post

Customs declarations: 2 forms C2/CP3 and 1 despatch note CP2. Items con­
taining merchandise must be accompanied by an invoice attached to the Customs
declaration form C2/CP3.
Insurance: Limit S460.
Prohibitions: Letters; Absinthe, butane gas lighters and refills; celluloid and
inflammable films; firearms and parts thereof except under permit; radio-active
matter.
Restrictions: Bees and honeycombs; dried milk products, meat products, nar­
cotics, plants and parts thereof, scrums and vaccines, weapons, plants, waste from
manufacture of aniline dyes containing arsenic, munitions. The importation of
many articles is also subject to the production of a permit.
Import Licence is required for the importation of many goods.
Marking: The customs declarations form C2/CP3 for parcels or packets con­
taining non-inflammable film must be marked—Non-inflammable, Safety or
Sichcrhcits.
NETHERLANDS ANTILLES (Curacao. Aruba, Bonaire, St. Maarten (or St.
Martin), St. Eustatius, Saba).
