      Prohibitions:  Blank  invoice  forms;  documents  of  monetary  value  (cheques,
    money  orders  and  so  on)  except  in  registered  letters;  spirits;  tobacco,  cigars,
    cigarettes and snulT.
      Restrictions: Dyes; plants and parts of plants, including fruit.
      Parcel Post

        Air:   /    No Service.
      Customs declarations:  1  yellow form CP3.

      Insurance:  No Service.
      Prohibitions: Letters,  blank  invoice  forms;  confectionery  containing  spirits;
    spirit, tobacco, cigars, cigarettes and snuff.
      Restrictions:  Arms;  bees; drugs, cinematograph  films and advertisements re­
    lating thereto; dyes;  plants and parts of plants,  including fruit; vaccines, serums
    and viruses, tinned meats.
      Compensation is not  payable for parcels lost, stolen or damaged.
    NEPAL

      Dutiable  articles  may  be *ent  by small  packet post—up to S100  green  label
    required; thereafter top green label and form C2/CP3.
      Items subject to customs duty are not accepted in ordinary and registered letters.
    Serums, vaccines and urgently required medicaments arc admitted in all eases.
      Items of value (c.g. coins, currency notes, gold, etc.) arc not admitted in register­
    ed letters.
      Insurance : No Service.
      Prohibitions: Same as Parcel Post.

    percent  alcohol;  drugs  and  similar  substances;  certain  tobacco  products;  ve­
    getable oils; wireless transmitters.
      Compensation is  not  payable for parcels deemed to  have been  delivered  on
    presentation of a genuine Postal Identity Card.
