      French and English.

        Insurance:  No Service.
        Dutiable articles may be sent by letter and small  packet post—up toSlOOgreen
      label  wri ten  in  French  or  Spanish  and  English  required;  thereafter  top  green
      label and form C2/CP3.
       Items  of  value  (e.g.  coins,  currency  notes,  gold,  etc.)  are  not  admitted  in
      registered letters.

       Prohibitions:  Bank-notes, coin, currency  notes, documents payable to bearer,
      gold,  jewellery,  platinum,  precious  stones,  silver,  printed  matter  of  any  kind
      containing communist propaganda.
       Parcel Post
         Surface:  Sec Schedule of Oversea Surface and Air Parcel Post Rates.
         Air:  No Service.
       Insurance:  No Service.

       Customs  declarations:  3  forms  C2/CP3  and  1 despatch  note  CP2  written  in
      Spanish and English.
       Prohibitions:  Letters; arms; bank-notes, coin, currency notes, documents pay­
      able to bearer; gold, jewellery, platinum, precious stones, silver, printed matter of
      any  kind containing communist  propaganda,  used clothing unless accompanied
      by a certificate of disinfection issued by the appropriate authorities.
       Restrictions:  Plants, seeds or other propagating material, including the pack­
      aging or earth containing them.
       Invoice:  A commercial  invoice showing clearly the nature and actual value of
      the contents should  be sent separately  by letter post, addressed to "El Jefe dcla
     Officitta d: Paquetes Postales” at the place of destination.

       Address:  Every  parcel  addressed  to a  bank  or other agent  of the  person  for
     whom it is intended should bear, in addition to the agent's name and address, the
     name and address of the ultimate consignee.
       Delivery:  Delivery charges are collected from the addressees.
