Customs declarations: 4 forms C2/CP3 and 1 despatch note CP2 prepared in
French and English.
Prohibitions: Letters, arms except sporting guns admitted under permit;
charged butane gas lighters and refills (uncharged lighters arc admitted and,
should be declared as such on the customs declaration forms); saccharin; radi>
active materials; contraceptives.
Restrictions: Living plants, roots and bulbs; gramophone records; liqueuis
and spirits, preserved fish, shrubs, medicine, gold, silver, platinum at d plated
articles, cut towers, eggs of game birds during close season; fish and gams,
fresh fruit, fresh vegetables and potatoes, tobacco; an import licence is required
for th: importation of all goods.
Sealing: Parcels should be sealed with a distinctive device.
Delivery: Parcels arc not delivered. Charges arc collected from the addressees
except at Pointe-Noire.
