his father, Admiral lnglefield. (The Newcastle Post Office had previously been called Cold
Spring). The cover bears on the reverse a 'double-circle' Cold Spring dated March 28th and a
Versailles receiver dated April 16th.
The letter is concerned with Frank's future postings in the army and the ·globe-trotting' of Lord
and Lady Cranboum.
