Dutiable articles may be sent by letter and small packet post—up to $100
green label required; thereafter top green label and form C2/CP3.
Insurance: No Service.
Prohibitions: Charged butane gas lighters and refills (uncharged lighters
arc admitted); honey.
Restrictions: Medicines and drugs, plants and seeds.
Parcel Post

Customs declaration: 1 Yellow form CP3.
Prohibitions: Letters, articles produced by prison labour, charged butane
gas lighters and refills (uncharged lighters arc admitted); honey, trade spirits.
Restrictions: Firearms, medicines and drugs; ostrich feathers, plants, roots
seeds and bulbs, viruses, vaccines and serums, narcotics.
Invoice: Invoices and certificates of origin should be sent separately from
parcels.
Import Licences arc required for certain classes of goods.
Packing: Waterproof covers for parcels is iccommended.
Compensation is not payable for ordinary parcels lost, stolen or damaged.
Delivery: Parcels are not delivered.
