bearing his address and lmving n. po~tuge stamp of the country of destination affixed for the
prepayment of the return post~tgc. In the case of arl.iclcs fnlling under the category of
section 8 above, the relative invoice mo,y be enclosed and, with proofs of printing, whether
corrected or not (section 5 above), the copy itself mny be sent.

The following articles arc not admissible:
Postage stamps or forms of prepayment, whether obliterated or not, or any paper
representing a monetary value;
Blank paper, note paper or cm•elopes (with or withou~ printed address) and nil
articles of stationery pure nnd simple; gramophone records and cinenlatograph
and photographic films.

Advertising matter is subject to Customs duty on entry into certain countries, notably
Australia, Newfoundland, New Zealand and South Africa. In some cases books a!so
nre liable to duty.
Printed matter is not however debt~rred from transmission 11t the printed paper rate oo
account of liability to Customs duty.
