The use of GB stamps in Jamaica was banned in Au!,>ust 1860, but the numeral obliterators were
not discontinued unti I many years later. This sheet and the next three show such a usage.
A64 was allotted to Port Antonjo from 1859 ti11 1889, but from 1891 until l 893 this number was
given to Lacovia, a place many miles away, which had used the obliterator ' E30' up to 1890.
The Kingston receiver eds is dated March 191h 1892.
