The two pence halfpenny rate to the USA.
Two Official covers to the USA, 1894 and 1895. The latter breaks post office rules by using a mixture
of Official and postage stamps. It is known that there were shortages of the De La Rue ½d in 1894
and 1895. Perhaps other values ran out too.
