Terminal Censorship: Handstamps
The JCH1 handstamps were used by Examiners 1 though 7. These were probably senior or special
Examiners who seem to have handled particular groups of mail, including "black listed" names. Here,
both letters are either to or from Willi Hirsch, a Jamaican of German descent.
