                 1883 (8th Apr) parcel post label from Kingston to Barbados, redirected to Grenada.  Addressed to
               George Baden-Powell (the less famous ofthe Baden-PoweU brothers).  The label itself and the franking
               of 3 x Crown CC 1 d are both very unusual.  It is believed that a fonnal parcel post was not introduced
                until October 1885 (between Jamaica and England) and there are no records of an earlier canDbean
                   regional parcel post service.  The letter rate to Barbados i.n 1883 would have been 4d per Yz<>z
