         Insurance:  No Service.
         Prohibitions:  Coins,  bank-notes,  gold,  platinum,  jewellery,  precious  stones,
        pearls and silver, samples of merchandise;
         Restrictions:  Cosmetics  perfumes,  personal  ornaments,  tobacco,  cigars  and
       cigarettes.
       Parcel Post
         Surface:   \Sce Schedule of Overseas Surface and Air Parcel  Post Rates.
         Air:     (No Service.
         Insurance:  No Service.
         Customs  declarations:  1 form  2/CP3.  and  1  despatch  note CP2  written in

       Chinese  and  English.
         Prohibitions:  Letters,  arms,  tobacco, jewellery,  articles of gold  or silver, tea.
         Restrictions:  Wireless apparatus.

         Impart  Licence:  Import  'iccnccs  arc  required  for  all  commercial  parcels.
       Samples  of  mcrchandis:  of  no  commercial  value,  parcels  containing  articles
       for  personal  use and  gift  parcels  valued  up  to 25  U.S.  dollars,  are excepted.
         Invoice:  A  copy  of  the  invoice  with  a  detailed  description  of  the  contents
       must  be enclosed in each commercial  parcel.
         Address:  The address  should  be  written  in  Chinese  and  English  on  the
       parcel  and  on  the  customs declaration  form  C2 CP3.

         Prohibitions:  All  kinds  of air  guns,  bank  and  currency  notes  except  in  re­
       gistered  items, safety,  toy and alarm  pistols, and  parts  thereof  of other articles
       having the appearance of, or capable of conversion into lethal weapons: coin not
       exceeding  S10  in  value  (unless  for  purposes  of  ornament),  unmanufactured
       platinum, gold and silver, except in registered letters.
         Restrictions:  Drugs,  plants and  seeds;  publications  dealing with  marriage or
