narcotics; manufactured tobacco; patent medicines, scrums, vaccines and similar
substances; plants and parts of plants, weights and measures, used clothing.

Dutiable articles may be sent by letter and small packet port—up to S100green
label required; thereafter top green label and form C2/CP3.
Insurance: No Service.
Prohibitions: Packets of more than six pictorial postcards by printed papers
post; charged butane gas lighters and refills (uncharged lighters are admitted);
honey, coins, bullion.
Restrictions: Bees, leeches, silkworms, parasites and destroyers of noxious
insects intended for the control of these insects and exchanged between officially
recognized institutions; plants and seeds; serums and vaccinrs: cheese; cigarettes;
c (Tensive weapons of every kind and articles bearing a resemblance or capable of
convetsion to a weapon, including pocket knives and toy pistols; yeast, spirits,
medicines and pharmaceutical preparations.
Import licences are required for many classes of goods.
