               J. Circulars:
               (a)  Ordinary type chilr·acters, that is notices  and  lctt~rs printed,  hnndstamped
              hektogruphcd  or cyclostylecl  in  clum>cters  not  resembling  those  of  the  typewriter.
              Nothing mny appear i11  wdting in the document except:
                 The names, addresses, :md descriptions of parties;
                 D:J.tcs, hours, and  pn1·ticulars of times;
                 Tbc particulars of goods,  and of sums of  money;
                 The mode of consignment or de:l\·ery of goods or money;
                 Tbe terms on which  business is transacted;
                 lndex  or  reference numbers and  let.ters;
                 Correct.ions of errors in print;
                 The place, character, and objects of meeting or appointments;
                 Formulae of courtesy or of a  conventioll:ll  chamclcr  not exceeding five  words  or
                  initials.
               (b)  Im itation type  c hill'acters, that is, circubrs wholly  or  part.ly printed in imita-
              tion of  typewriting, or reproduced from a typewritten original by a mechanical process or
              ordinarily used  to produce a  number of identical copies.  Carbon copies 1tre included  in
              this  category.
               These documents are admissible nt the Inland  printed p:1per  rate only:
               If they  arc handed in at !\ Post Office,
               If special nttention is drawn to the fact that they are printed or reproduced in imitation
              of typewritmg,
               If at least twenty  packets each containing one  copy or more  are posted  at the same
              time.
               The circulnrs must be securely  tied  in  bundles of convenient size with  the  addresses
              all faced one way.  They will be liable to detention or to surcharge if subsequently found
              to infringe any of the regulations of the printed pnper mte.

               Nothing m!\y appear in writing except:
               Date of sending and  names and 1tddresses of sender and  addressee;

              For example Ki111/.  Regards,  Best  Wishes,  and other greetings, and so on, not conveying
              any specific  information or making an enquiry or request, are admissible.  Phrases such
              as Anired Ba/ely, See you on Monday, and so on, are not admissible .
