Imperial Censorship Labels: Provisional ID Type
Ouring 1942 labels inscribed either "O" or "10" were used by members of the Imperial Censorship
Service, andin some cases the coding was altered manually- in this case from "O" to "10". The
significance of the two different codes remains unknown.

and resealed using a JL50 type of label with the manuscript addition of a letter "I" to convert the code
to "10" (type JL50A). Handstamped (OS1) with the date of 121h July 1942.
The Colombian "BUZON" handstamp indicates the letter was collected from a postbox.
