JAMAICA POSTAL CENSORSHIP

               lntegrated Censorship Service: Jamaican Examiners

During the three months after integration of the censorship services, examples of censored mail with
manuscript examiner numbers on the JL54 resealing labels are found. lt is not known why the JCH2

                        handstamps were not being used by these examiners at this time.

The envelope was resealed with a JL54 label and a manuscript "28" added in pencil to indicate the
