RN 1 . COMMANDER IN CHIEF .
This is a TRD handstamp comprising a double line oval , 26 x 42mm, with a single line
inner oval , 15 x 30mm. It is worded COMMANDER IN CHIEF at the top and NORTH AMERICAN &
WEST INDIES a t the bottom, the wording being separated by asterisks on each side. The
centre provides for a date stamp to be added .
