                                       The  Postal  Censorship  Service.

          Cover  from  Up  Park  Camp  to  the  U. S.A.,  sent  from  the  Prisoner  of  War  Camp  the  reverse
       bearing  one  of  the  Camp's  unit  handstamps.     As  a  Prisoner  of  War  the  sender  was  entitled
       to  free  postage,  but  the  was  liable  to  the  Postal  Censorship  Service.      In  this  case
       the  cover  was  "passed"  by  the  Examiner  who  applied  PC  1 ,  Number  5 .

           Further  cover  from  Kingston  to  England  by  a  prisoner  of  war,  like  the  previous
       item  it also  bears  a  PC  1 .   In  this  case,  Number  2 ,  struck  in  red  ink .   The  date
       of  the  Camp' s  unit  handstamp  is  the  g ch  June ,  1941 .
