The first two have partly uncleared head space, the first with uncleared surround as well.
2nd State
State three and four have a ‘hare lip’ State five has a partially repaired lip.
(the former with a damaged frame).
4th State 5th State
The 6th to 8th states have the mouth redrawn.
but differ by the amount of shading on the leaves and hair.
