                Packet Letter at 1s3d Rate to the UK plus 11d to London (1813 to 1839)

              At this time the regular West Indies packet sailed into Falmouth, however, other naval ships sometimes also carried mail.
                      The regular packet to/from Jamaica was much delayed and this cover was sent 8 Feb 1837
                              by HM Ship Forte (Commander Pell), landing at Devonport on 25 March.
